Training Services

The Workforce Council champions training services by partnering with local training providers to expand and accelerate program development and scholarship offers to dislocated and under-employed workers.

Adult Job Seekers

The Workforce Council is committed to assisting job seekers to obtain and/or improve their work skills as well as develop their interviewing acumen to become re-employable in their chosen field.

Youth & Young Adults

The Workforce Council partners with Hamilton County Job and Family Services to procure and fund community service providers for our youth and young adult residents. These partnerships promote quality and innovative programming, employer-driven strategies, and exceptional performance outcomes.

Employer Services

The Workforce Council focuses on connecting the right workers with the most fitting job opportunities. We do that by not only serving the job seeker but by providing services that will benefit the employers as well.

Regional Workforce Collaborative Launches

The Talent Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati, a regional tri-state workforce development initiative, joins the National Fund for Workforce Solutions network of 34 communities across the U.S. seeking to improve workforce outcomes. The National Fund offers leading-edge resources, best practices, and thought leadership to help benchmark and accelerate efforts, with an emphasis on equity and inclusion.
