Congratulations! The Career Navigator Program, administered by WCSO with grant funds from the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services, recently celebrated participants’ accomplishments in its Junior Builders and Adult Fundamental Training programs. Across the programs, 31 participants completed hands-on skilled trades training, with an 84% graduation rate. 

Throughout the training, participants gained practical experience in the skilled trades, received workforce preparation and built skills that can support future employment and career pathways.
