JobsOhio has introduced the JobsOhio Technician Path, a new earn-and-learn opportunity to help Ohio employers develop stronger skilled technician pipelines. Eligible employers may receive up to $10,000 per employee who completes an approved technician training pathway, including approved associate degree and technical certificate programs or registered apprenticeships.

The program supports employers in JobsOhio’s targeted industries and can help offset costs related to wages, tuition, training, supervisor time and other eligible investments.
