DePaul Cristo Rey High School Corporate Work Study Program

DePaul Cristo Rey High School (DPCR) prepares students for college and careers while giving Southwest Ohio employers an opportunity to help develop the region’s next generation of talent. Through DPCR’s Corporate Work Study Program (CWS), students spend one day each week working at businesses and organizations throughout Greater Cincinnati while completing a rigorous, college-preparatory education. For businesses, it’s more than a community investment; it’s a chance to develop reliable young talent, introduce students to career opportunities, and help build tomorrow’s workforce.

More than 85 corporate partners participate in the program, representing industries from health care and financial services to technology, manufacturing, and more. Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and nonprofits all play a role, giving students the opportunity to learn alongside professionals while gaining the skills, confidence, and workplace experience they need for college and career success.

Learn more about the CWS program through a Discover CWS Lunch on September 17 or October 22 at noon to learn how the program works, what businesses gain, and how you can get involved.
