Zach is an attorney in DBL Law’s Cincinnati office. He is a member of the Employment & Labor and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice groups. Zach received his J.D. from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. While at Elon, Zach was a member of Moot Court and served as President of the Federalist Society. Zach received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining DBL, Zach practiced at a boutique labor and employment law firm in middle Tennessee. At DBL, Zach’s practice focuses primarily on business litigation and formation, and labor and employment. In his business litigation and formation practice, Zach works closely with complex commercial laws across a variety of jurisdictions, both state and federal, and represents clients in state and federal courts. He also assists clients with forming business entities to meet their specific goals and objectives. In his labor and employment practice, Zach litigates in administrative agencies, state courts, and federal courts and advises clients on compliance with various employment matters, including workers’ compensation disputes.
