Demand for AI Skills in Entry-Level Jobs Nearly Triples Since Fall 2025
A NACE article highlights how artificial intelligence is quickly becoming an expectation for early-career talent. According to NACE’s Job Outlook 2026 Spring Update, more than one-third of entry-level jobs now require AI skills, nearly triple the share reported in fall 2025. The article also notes that 28% of employers are seeking early-career talent who can use AI in their work, while nearly 60% are assigning interns projects that involve AI tools and skills.
