The Workforce Council of Southwest Ohio (WCSO) is seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance & Procurement Manager to join our team.

The position plays a critical role in ensuring organizational accountability, regulatory compliance, effective procurement practices, contract administration, policy development, and continuous improvement across our workforce development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Compliance & Procurement Manager will oversee competitive procurements, support monitoring activities, and promote transparency and stewardship of public funds.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Experience in compliance, procurement, contracting, monitoring, or related fields
✅ Knowledge of federal grant administration, internal controls, and risk management
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ A commitment to integrity, accountability, and public service
✅ Experience with workforce development, government, nonprofit, or grant-funded programs

💰 Salary Range: $75,000–$105,000
