Connecting the Dots Through Workforce Development

Fueling Workforce Transformation

The Workforce Council of Southwest Ohio exists to help build a resilient community through workforce development, arguably the most critical component to a strong regional economy. We connect the dots for employers and the community through networking, training, and resource allocation.

Formerly the Southwest Ohio Region Workforce Investment Board, The Workforce Council remains focused strengthening collaborative partnerships and redesigning programming to better support job quality, racial equity, and worker voice. We stand firmly committed to the vision of simultaneously meeting the needs of local employers, while supporting a just and equitable workforce for our community.
